Brianna is a Somatic Practitioner & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga teacher with extensive experience in creating & facilitating meaningful workshops, classes & retreats for people experiencing stress, trauma, burnout, anxiety & body disconnection.
She's known for her down-to-earth approach - ensuring you're supported as you call yourself back to your body.

𖦹 Six weeks worth of bite-sized on-demand classes of nervous system education so you can learn what your body is trying to tell you & how to actually utilise your body’s natural wisdom for connection & regulation.
𖦹 Weekly embodied movement practice to improve your ability to read your body’s signals (it’s evidence-based!!), suitable for all levels.
𖦹 Medicinal somatic practices, specifically curated to the week’s theme. Return to these when you need it most so you can support yourself through tender times.
𖦹 12 month access to library of practices so you can continue your journey home to your body beyond the six weeks.
𖦹 Access to the ~Home Body~ community (a Telegram group) where you can connect with others in the same boat & receive answers to any questions have. I’ll go hard on the voice memos and support here. A way to connect organically. Plus two Zoom Q&A sessions for extra support.

03 When Things Feel Too Much
Find ways to hold yourself through stress, worry, fear & anxiety. Learn how to release tension from your body when things feel too much. Explore somatic practices for anxiety, fear & worry.
04 When You Can’t Feel Anything at All
Hold yourself in heaviness, numbness, depression, disconnection & dissociation. Find ways to be with yourself when you feel out of body. Learn somatic techniques for disconnection, numbness, low mood & fatigue.

Move through stuckness, fear, procrastination & uncertainty. Allow yourself to find the right next step. Learn somatic practices for the freeze response.

Absolutely!
In addition to an accessible sliding scale, you have the option to pay in 2, 3 or 6 payments.
Unlike most courses, there is no additional fee for choosing a payment plan, as I don’t believe you should be penalised for not being able to pay up front.

This is not a trauma/somatic release program.
Rather, it is based on the principles of trauma-sensitive yoga, which is the only evidence-based yoga-based treatment for trauma.
The approach works by building interoception (your ability to listen to your body).

Ps - don’t get too caught up on the word yoga. The movement approach is based on yoga, though it probably won’t feel like any yoga class you’ve ever attended.
We focus on the inner experience of movement, so you can come home to your body - safely.

The core of this program is based on Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), which is a specific methodology that has adapted traditional hatha yoga to become an effective therapeutic intervention for trauma.
TCTSY has been proven as an effective standalone treatment for trauma. In a recent meta-analysis of over 900 studies, TCTSY came out in the top 2 most effective modalities for trauma, alongside traditional talk therapy (Campbell et al., 2024).
Even if you have not experienced trauma, home body will help you connect with your body because TCTSY works by increasing interoception (the ability to feel your bodily sensations from the inside).
Increasing interoception is helpful for disconnection from your body no matter whether it was caused by stress, trauma, burnout or something else.

I'm a Somatic Practitioner & Trauma Yoga Facilitator with a background in complex trauma & mental health.
A few years ago, my body said a big loud no but I missed all the whispers until they became screams.
This looked like excruciating periods, high anxiety, painful muscle tension, chronic gut issues & always getting sick.
I don't want you to end up like I did so I created a program that combines the most supportive parts of my recovery (nervous system education, somatic practice & embodied movement).
