The Homecoming ~

01 Sitting in the Mud.

Cultivating embodied presence (not in an eye-roll way), touching in & out of grief, holding both anger & sadness at the same time, tending to your nervous system, and feeling our way through the dark.

02 Untangling the Roots.

Rituals and practices for supporting yourself during tender times, untangling attachment styles (and their embodied legacy), techniques for somatic release, and stumbling home towards the self.

03 Blooming Again.

Boundaries & energetic protection, rebuilding self-trust and expression, tending to the paper-cuts of grief over time, and finding yourself & the world as beautiful again.

You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you have a steady income. You do NOT spend most of your thinking about meeting basic needs like food & shelter.

Sustainer

For those with access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities.

Your Facilitators ~

Amy Dong

Dating & relationships psychotherapist with a touch of breathwork & somatics. Integrative, relational, collaborative.
