I’m a trauma-informed somatic practitioner with a background in complex trauma & mental health. I also support organisations, workplaces and schools as a Trauma-Informed Practice Specialist.

I am fully qualified in Somatic Stress Release Practitioner and Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator as well as being a 600HR yoga teacher.

I have a background in counselling, case management, leadership & innovative program development for people experiencing mental health challenges & complex trauma.

I’ve spent several years working in both frontline community roles & peak body leadership positions to support individuals to navigate life’s challenges through individual level work & systemic policy change.

My bespoke programs have been recognised though grants and awards for their innovation & service to the community.

In addition to 1:1 work, I run regular events and retreats in Newcastle, Sydney and online.

I’ve used somatic approaches to overcome burnout, anxiety & work through the many faces of childhood trauma. This grounds my work in an authentic & embodied approach
